"I was a policy holder with this office 3 years ago, everything was fine until I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle. I asked what I needed to do to switch the policy if I purchased it which was not confirmed. I signed a paper and said specifically not to transfer anything until it’s been approved. now will admit one part was my Fault my truck that I was switching the insurance from that vehicle to the new one if I got it only had a liability but when I purchased the actual vehicle three months later, I told them I needed the insurance for a finance vehicle Well almost a week went by and my loan was denied so I called this office and said tear the paper I signed I’m not buying this car. A week or so later I get a letter from State Farm with a policy on the vehicle I said I was not buying. Do I went in made a fuss and told them to change it back. That got straight I thought. A couple of months later, I was able to get financing and purchased another vehicle while I was at the dealership. I specifically called the insurance company and gave them the information on the vehicle the VIN number and also the finance company. so then I’ll get the new policy for my new vehicle in the mail. It has the vehicle that I did not purchase information on it again and it also had my finance company information on it so that was another mess up. Next, I got the policy straightened out, but then I had an accident and when I called State Farm I was advised I did not have collision that my policy did not have full coverage and I could not understand because I was financing a vehicle. When the investigator for the accident finally got all the information that I had given him and all the statements they realize it was a mess up on their part and my policy was reinstated with full coverage and they paid for the accident repairs. A couple of months later, I moved to another town two hours away, went to the local State Farm office, and the agent is a personal friend of mine I transferred all my information to his office then I want to go get a drivers license address change and I found out that I had a flag on my license for canceling the insurance Then selling My truck More than 30 days After I cancel the policy, which I never sold the truck, I kept it until I bought the new vehicle. I had all my paperwork and all the copies of my invoices showing I was paying for the policy of a vehicle. I was driving up until the time I bought a new vehicle. I never got a call or even apology from the owner Bradley Beck for the mess up so my suggestion to anyone that has purchased a vehicle you need to tell them that you need full coverage on a vehicle, especially if You have a lienholder"
