ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bradley Beck - State Farm Agent, you are responsible for providing Home & Auto Insurance quotes to perspective customers and conducting needs-based selling.ENTRY LEVEL POSITION Opportunity for advancement and development. If you’re looking for a career in Insurance and Financial Services, have great work ethic and excellent phone/communication skills, this position is for you! RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Contact accounts to provide insurance quotes through phone, email and text.
- Outbound calls to obtain prospective customers.
- Obtain referrals and make pivots to additional insurance products based on customer needs.
- Meet established marketing activities goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to completing tasks each and every day.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license
